in today's video we are going to be

continuing our Christmas home decor

series as we are going to be diving into

decorating our family room area which is

the main living area of our home this is

where we come together as a family and

make this one a family effort for the

kind of just enjoy it but for the family

room we always sa that one for a family

effort so that we can just kind of bond

over that and do that one together make

so that's what we're going to be doing

today as you can see my four-month-old

is very very busy she's going to be

joining the tree decorating committee

with us and then I also have my

5-year-old son Noah and then this is NAA

and then my husband's going to come up

and join us as well we're going to be

putting up a flocked Christmas tree

we're going to decorate the fireplace do

a little mini Christmas villing tons of

things to tackle today first thing I'm

going to do is remove the area rug and

put it in a wash it's a washable rug and

then as you guys can see over here I

still have a few things underneath the

table that I need to declutter here is

all of the stuff that we have to split

between family room and living room so

this is all decor and then we still have

a fall door mat up against the window

with slippers and then over here I need

a little more decluttering around the

fireplace so I'm going to get all of

that taken care of now and then we will

start like sorting through things try my

best to separate it um and pull out what

the other room and put a ton of the

ornaments inside of a basket so that the

family can just go and pull out
