our toy rotation system for my

three-year-old son Noah so here is what

it's looking like in our family room he

has a toy shelf here in the corner where

I like to display some of his wooden

toys and Montessori toys but then we

also have this large pile up of toys

that he has currently downstairs in the

middle of the floor a lot of these I

brought up when we had our Valentine's

Day couples game night when the other

parents brought their children over so

that we could have a larger variety of

toys for everyone to play with all of

the kiddos but normally I do not keep

all of these toys out for him because it

is just too much to clean up he doesn't

play with everything so it's just no

need to keep everything up here so I am

going to get all the stuff put back into

its place where it belongs so I'm going

through some things and this is

this is like a little baby toy and they

stuffed like Magna tiles in there so I'm

cube organizer away Noah hasn't played

with this since he was a baby but we did

have some little like younger Toddlers

actually played with these blocks a lot

and really enjoyed it so I have no doubt

that he'll probably still enjoy so that

little felt sandwich making kit out that

this is a little bath submarine toy that

he got for Valentine's Day he also got

this pillow for Valentine's Day and his

little Mickey Easter stuffed animal so

these are all like relevant to like the

he'll still play with so I'm gonna take

those to his room and then over here on

the Shelf I still have his Magna tiles

out um so I'm gonna leave those on the

like I don't think that he will be happy

he also has his wooden Mickey train that

on this shelf like often he has this

wooden railroad track that he loves but

he mostly really enjoyed playing with

this with my mom so the last time we

went to my mom house we left is there

and then we forgot to pick it up and she

forgot to bring it back to us so I

finally retrieved it when I went to her

house yesterday and he played with it

immediately when we got back so I think

leave those out I have some random Legos

to put back as well as his wooden food

pick out the toys that he want to rotate

out and sometimes I'll pick them out

just based on what I've been seeing him

play with and what I think he's

interested in at the moment but this way

he doesn't get bored with his toys he's

always interested because if it's

something that he hasn't seen for a

while like for a week two weeks a month

or so he'll be even more interested and

more excited when that toy comes out

it's always something that he's

good variety of toys out for him but not

so many that he's just playing from one

toy to another taking everything out at

playing with them for a few seconds

have found this has worked wonders for

truly believe that my anxiety has like

decreased a lot because I don't like a

lot of math I don't like a lot of chaos

and I know people say that's just a part

of motherhood which is true but there

are definitely ways that we can make

things a lot easier for ourselves or

even just a little bit easier for

ourselves as a stay-at-home mom or
