We went to Disney World during Hurricane Ian, very unexpected, but nevertheless we made the best of it! Spend a rainy day in the life with us before, during, and after the storm as we navigate Disney World with a 3-year old toddler! Magic Kingdom today but we were able to

reschedule that for Saturday and we also

received an extra free park day that we

can use for any day that we would like

so that's not too bad and we're actually

just spending the day relaxing our

balcony is covered with the screen so

we're not getting wet it's actually

pretty relaxing but

and passed we had to go and make a few

arrangements for our future Disney World

plants some of our Disney days got

canceled so we had to reschedule them

and then our Mickey's Not So Scary

Halloween party date got canceled as

well so we had plans to go to Chef

Mickey's on this day which is Friday so

we headed on over to Disney's

contemporary resort which is where Chef

Mickey's is located we parked and then

we hopped on the monorail and took the

monorail on over to Disney's Magic

Kingdom we were basically looking for

some Disney Magic we were able to

reschedule our Park days on the Disney

app but we could not reschedule Mickey's

Not So Scary Halloween party because all

of the dates were sold out way before

hours even got canceled so our plan is

to ride on over to Disney's Magic

Kingdom speak with guest services and

ask them to sprinkle a little pixie dust

on us so that we can exchange our

campsuit ticket for a date that is

staying sold out and hope that maybe

someone had canceled and we could kind

of just get lucky so writing the

monorail is pretty much just relaxing

taking a look at all of the different

Resorts all of the beautiful scenery

seeing what it looks like a day after

the storm and as you can see it's really

not too bad to be honest that rest day

was well knitted we're beginning to feel

tired we were also beginning to feel a

little bit under the weather so getting

a little bit of rest and taking our

vitamins was very well needed writing

the monorail over to Magic Kingdom was

beautiful and well worth it because the

guest services team was able to

accommodate us so that we wouldn't miss

out on the Halloween party they respect

scheduled our date from Thursday which

was canceled so that we can go Sunday

instead so here you can kind of just get

a beautiful view of Magic Kingdom and

see just how crowded it was after that

storm and back there you can even see

Cinderella's castle behind the trees we

rolled back to Disney's contemporary

resort happily and satisfied you gotta

Chef Mickey's and while waiting for our

table we had a little fun inside of the

arcade but once they caught us to sit

down we enjoyed the characters at Chef

and we just enjoyed spending time

together so we had a pretty eventful day

and the past few days on Disney property
