hello and welcome my name is heaven if
0:54
you are new here here on this channel I
0:56
create motherhood and homemaking content
0:59
every Sunday I post cleaning videos and
1:01
on Wednesday or Thursdays I post other
1:04
motherhood motivation or homemaking
1:06
inspiration just like this me prep video
1:09
as well as days in the Life homeschool
1:12
content home organization shopping hauls
1:15
or grocery hauls even a little bit of
1:17
Disney content every once in a while so
1:19
that's something that you are into I
1:21
hope that you will subscribe to join the
1:23
family I would absolutely love to have
1:26
you here but for today we are going to
1:28
go ahead and get into all of the
1:31
breakfast meal prep as we prepare to
1:34
welcome our newborn baby girl to the
1:37
family I wanted to make sure that we had
1:39
a bunch of postpartum freezer Dum meals
1:42
stored away in the freezer that'll be
1:44
easy for us to access so that we don't
1:46
have to worry about cooking every day
1:48
with a newborn in the home but these
1:51
meals are also perfect for large
1:53
families busy families working masam all
1:56
the things so if you're looking for some
1:58
meal prep inspiration or just some
2:00
typical breakfast food ideas then this
2:03
video is for you so let's get started so
2:06
the very first breakfast item I'm going
2:08
to be preparing today is spinach egg and
2:12
cheese for Tatas it's so simple and so
2:15
easy to make all you do is scramble some
2:17
eggs inside of a bowl add your favorite
2:20
cheese I'm using a blend of triple
2:23
chatter cheese kind of like my go-to and
2:25
then you just mix it all together season
2:28
it with salt PE Pepper or whatever else
2:30
you like inside of your eggs and then
2:33
you add some cooked spinach to it I am
2:36
using some frozen spinach because I did
2:39
buy all of my ingredients ahead of time
2:42
so I'm using some frozen spinach that I
2:44
warmed up adding that to the mixture and
2:47
scrambling that into the bowl as well
2:50
and then you are just going to take a
2:53
muffin pan you can use Big muffin pans
2:56
small ones whatever you like I prefer
2:58
the small ones and and then you just go
3:00
ahead and pour your mixture into all of
3:03
the muffin pans I'm also using liners
3:06
this is just so that they don't stick
3:09
and it also makes it easier to take it
3:11
out of the bags so that once you put
3:14
them inside of a large ziplock back and
3:16
then you freeze them you don't have to
3:18
worry about them like sticking together
3:21
because the paper lining helps with that
3:24
as well all you do is fill up all of
3:25
your tins and then you just put these
3:28
into the oven for about 20 minutes at
3:30
about
3:32
350° and then once you take them out you
3:34
just let them sit and cool so I am going
3:38
to go ahead and put mine into the oven
3:40
now and as you can see I still have some
3:42
mixture left so once this batch is done
3:45
I'm going to go ahead and do a third pan
3:49
just to make sure that I'm not wasting
3:51
any of the mixture and the more the
3:53
better anyway this next breakfast option
3:56
that I'm going to be preparing is
3:58
equally as easy as as the first one this
4:01
one is breakfast sandwiches I'm going to
4:03
be using sausage egg and cheese with
4:06
English muffins so of course the first
4:09
thing I'm going to be doing is
4:10
scrambling my eggs inside of a bowl and
4:13
I am preparing six English muffins so
4:16
I'm pretty sure that six eggs will be
4:20
enough for this so just going ahead and
4:22
scrambling those up inside of a bowl and
4:25
of course more salt and more pepper and
4:27
I'm also going to be adding some triple
4:30
cheddar as well so this one just like I
4:33
did for the last one I'm adding this one
4:35
inside of the mixture instead of the pan
4:37
I'm also going to be using some regular
4:40
sausage patties that were already pre
4:42
pattied you can go ahead and make your
4:45
own sausage patties if you prefer that
4:47
but I am going for quick and easy
4:50
because I am already about 37 weeks
4:54
pregnant and I've already dilated about
4:57
halfway so I'm extremely
5:00
tired and I really need to get this done
5:02
because baby girl at this point could be
5:04
coming any day now so once the egg
5:08
patties and sausage patties are done
5:10
cooking I'm just going to go ahead and
5:13
slice open the English muffins and then
5:17
this is pretty much all there is to it
5:20
I'm going to take some sliced cheese I'm
5:22
using American cheese I think swiss
5:25
cheese will go perfect with this as well
5:27
cheddar cheese will go perfect and I
5:29
actually used some American and some
5:31
cheddar cheese my husband prefers the
5:33
cheddar cheese so once that's done I'm
5:36
just going to go ahead and layer my egg
5:40
and my sausage on top of it and then
5:43
that's it
5:46
at okay so spoiler alert 2 days after I
5:50
made this video I went into labor and
5:54
I'm actually sitting here recording this
5:56
voice over while baby girl is in the
5:58
bassinet next to me
6:00
I have yet to you know get everything
6:02
out before she was born like I said this
6:05
was literally 2 days before we went into
6:08
labor I was not expecting her to come so
6:10
soon but she did come at 37 weeks and 5
6:13
days so now I'm just you know getting
6:16
out all the content that I made for you
6:18
guys before she was born so if you hear
6:20
her in the background then just give us
6:22
a warm welcome for baby girls arrival to
6:25
the family back to these ha breakfast
6:28
items so with the sausage and egg and
6:32
cheese biscuits once we take those out
6:34
of the freezer we will warm those up for
6:36
about a minutes and then just add a
6:38
little bit of jelly to it and that's
6:41
going to be how we have that and then
6:43
with the eggs we will do the same thing
6:45
just take them out and then warm them up
6:48
and it's just that easy you guys so now
6:52
that I have my third pan of egg and
6:54
cheese for Tatas inside of the oven a
6:57
quick little wipe down of the counter
6:59
and then we are going to get on to the
7:01
next breakfast item and that is Canadian
7:05
bacon egg and cheese burritos these are
7:07
my favorite breakfast burritos and I
7:10
like to have them served with some fresh
7:12
salsa on the side or you can use canned
7:15
salsa as well whichever you prefer
7:17
either way it's going to be delicious so
7:19
of course just scrambling up some eggs
7:21
with some salt and pepper just like the
7:23
last two meals and these ones instead of
7:26
making like the egg Patties or using the
7:29
the baked eggs inside the muffin pans we
7:31
are actually going to scramble these and
7:35
while that's cooking I'm also laying out
7:37
my tortillas so cooking that on the
7:41
stove it should only take you know a
7:43
couple of minutes of course it doesn't
7:45
take long at all especially since we are
7:47
going to be reheating them so just
7:49
making sure that they are not runny or
7:52
anything like that unless that's your
7:54
style I know some people like their eggs
7:56
a little bit of runny but we kind of
7:58
don't so now I'm just taking that
8:00
Canadian bacon and just putting one
8:02
slice of Canadian bacon on each tortilla
8:06
and then topping it with the scrambled
8:09
eggs and then we're going to top that
8:12
with that triple cheddar shredded cheese
8:15
as well and then again that's all there
8:17
is to it I'm going to go ahead and wrap
8:19
them up individually inside of some foil
8:22
sheets and then I'm going to store these
8:25
inside of a large bag as well so that we
8:28
can just grab it out the freezer
8:30
microwave it for about 45 seconds to a
8:32
minute or so and then add a little bit
8:35
of saluca on the side to dip them in and
8:38
this is so delicious and it's just
8:40
another healthy option opposed to going
8:43
out and having to purchase breakfast or
8:45
purchase lunch and food and things like
8:47
that because you know I'm going to be
8:50
within the healing process and
8:52
everything and I don't want my husband
8:54
to have to worry about working and
8:57
cooking and helping take take care of
8:59
the children and just you know a little
9:01
less for us to worry about so popping
9:03
all of these burritos right inside of a
9:05
bag so that they can go in the freezer
9:07
and I've been trying to keep all of the
9:09
bags as flat as I can so that they can
9:11
store in the deep freezer a lot easier
9:14
next I am going to be preparing a
9:16
mixture for a french toast bake with
9:20
this french toast you have to store it
9:22
inside of the fridge before you bake it
9:26
so I'm preparing that now so that I can
9:28
put it in in the fridge and let it sit
9:31
in there for half of the day so all I'm
9:33
doing is taking some cinnamon and raisin
9:36
bread I'm using like the thicker bread I
9:38
think it's called like Brios bread and I
9:41
am cutting those into triangles and then
9:44
inside of a large bowl I'm adding six
9:47
eggs and two cups of milk and scrambling
9:51
that in together for flavoring I'm
9:55
adding a tablespoon of ground cinnamon
9:59
as as well as about a half tbsp to a
10:01
tablespoon of vanilla extract and then
10:05
mixing that into the mixture as well
10:09
once everything is mixed all together
10:11
and looking nice and smooth and there
10:14
are no like thick blotches of cinnamon
10:17
inside of the mixture I'm just adding in
10:19
the cinnamon and raisin Brio and just
10:22
letting it soak up all of the mixture
10:25
and the cinnamon the milk and eggs and
10:28
then I'm putting that into square pens
10:31
this is so that we can have it on two
10:33
separate days and this is actually going
10:35
to last us more than 2 days like each
10:37
pan we can actually enjoy this for about
10:40
2 to 3 days so with both pans we're
10:43
actually going to be getting 6 days or a
10:46
week worth of breakfast of course we're
10:47
not going to you know have both pans in
10:50
the same week but basically it's you
10:53
know something that'll last us a little
10:55
bit longer so that's why I did the two
10:57
pens so all I'm doing is just laying
10:59
them inside of lightly greased pan and
11:03
then taking the rest of the mixture and
11:05
pouring it over top of the bread or the
11:08
French toast covering it with foil and
11:11
then storing it into the fridge and then
11:14
of course because that was a little
11:16
messy I'm going to go ahead and take a
11:17
moment to wipe down the counters I was
11:19
also taking breaks in between these
11:21
meals and washing like some of the
11:24
dishes once I was done with them like as
11:26
you can see for this next meal I'm going
11:28
to be reusing this same Bowl because
11:30
I've already washed it this just helps
11:32
me to minimize the amount of dishes that
11:34
I have to do after the fact so this next
11:37
dish is probably the easiest one yet and
11:40
that is why I saved it for last just in
11:42
case I got tired making all of the other
11:45
on I knew that this one would be easier
11:47
so all I'm making is some Crusty's
11:50
buttermilk pancakes so this is not a
11:53
homeade pancake mix again I'm going for
11:55
the simple and quick route and I'm just
11:59
mixing that into a bowl with some whole
12:02
milk and I didn't measure how much milk
12:04
it took as you guys can see I was kind
12:06
of like just pouring it mixing as I go
12:08
and then I'm making them all on a
12:11
griddle so that it can go fast I ended
12:13
up making about at least 24 of these and
12:18
I am just going to freeze these inside
12:20
of a Ziploc bag so that we can take them
12:23
out warm them up and have them tap with
12:26
fresh fruit and whipped cream I also
12:29
later on ended up doing the same thing
12:31
with some Crusty's Wu mix and then baked
12:35
some cinnamon Roose as well as some
12:37
dinner RS that I needed for the dinner
12:38
meals that I had prepped in last week's
12:41
video If you haven't seen the dinner
12:43
