sometimes but there are some things that

I have found that have made my life as a

homemaker a bit easier and today I am

so in this video I am just sharing some

of my weekly habits as a homemaker after

church on Sundays I always like to sit

down every week and just plan out the

things that I know I need to get done

for the upcoming week I like to do my

budgeting for the week my grocery hauls

I like to add anything that I know I

need to do in terms of cleaning or

scheduling appointments all of these

things just makes it easy for me to know

what I have to do in the upcoming week

but it also helps me get those things

off of my mind so that I'm not just

going stir crazy in my head just trying

to remember everything that needs to be

done and it also helped me make sure the

things that I do have planned are

realistic so that I'm not making my

schedule too busy to where I'm not going

to be able to complete it all one thing

that is so very important to me as a

homemaker and something that I truly

love is being able to sit around the

table every Sunday without any

distraction so television no phones or

anything like that and just enjoy a

really hearty meal so here I am just

prepping some potatoes I actually made

two pans one pan as a meal prep and then

the other pan I tossed inside of the

slow cooker so that we can have it with

some slow cooked chicken and vegetables

this just helps us to kind of just slow

down once per week and just enjoy each

other as a family reflect upon you know

what our previous week looked like and

just fellowship with one another and by

making sure that I cook enough or prep

enough so that I can have some to put

away and some meal prep dishes that just

makes it easier for me to prepare dinner

fridge it's easy for me to grab them

without having to chat them up later in

the week because the weeks do kind of

get busy so meal prepping is another

vegetables I might as well just go ahead

and chop up enough to save me some time

later in the week so that's what I'm

doing just preparing a meal to enjoy

together as a family as well as some

extra to meal prep for the week to come

so basically I just choose some

vegetables that we like and we just put

them in the oven and let them roast and

I make as much as you know I feel is

necessary but the goal is to just prep

have on the sides of our dinner

gardening so in the summer months and

harvested I love having access to fresh

doing here aside from all of a chores

the cooking cleaning meal prepping

grocery shopping and all of those things

I also like to devote some time each

week into marriage devotions with my

husband so that we can just reflect on

our marriage and make sure that we

conversate and spend some God time

week is some sort of self-care it's so

rather it's reading a book taking a bath
