basically like our mind and one thing

just it's a lot so what we're going to

it was such a huge weight off of my

just from my life right now is a small

business it wasn't like just a small

thing that I eliminated it was a big

that I have had for about 4 years now so

when I initially started my small

business it was just it was just a hobby

it wasn't a business and once it became

a business it quickly began to grow

I'm focusing on my content creation

which was a cosmetic business where I

was just making natural hair and

to school for cosmetology so I had a

cosmetology license I used to do hair

out of a salon but you guys I also have

a paralal degree where I went to school

are like little pieces lots of little

bits and pieces of me but the beauty

aspect came before all of that and I

kind of just stuck with it even though

when I told myself I was done with it I

morning when I wake up I say a prayer I

most productive that way and I just

for day two was actually something that

it's the most peaceful hour of my day to

be honest and then during the second

hour I'm using my laptop so that doesn't

1 hour on day two was my Bible time with

the Lord when I woke up in the morning

and it is highly beneficial and sets the

tone for the remainder of my day so for

day three it is to plan a slow and

restful evening with family for this I

dedicate Sundays to and you guys we

decided on Sunday to go out and make

the day that it's like a rest day

nothing no cleaning no no work no

evening with family that was a couple of

things so for one we did s'mores on

Sunday and then the other thing we did

is you know what we just went outside

after home school and we built a Snowman

and I didn't care how I was looking I

didn't care what we had going on for the

day we just decided to go out and just

Build a Snowman and that was so much fun

we came back in and we had hot chocolate

and warmed up in front of the fireplace

and it was really really nice especially

because we we've been diving into a

winter Joy plan which is just a plan

that's helping us to embrace the winter

season a bit more and to go out and just

experience a little bit of winter and

was really good for us day four in

have a really big goal there's a number

outside of that I also want to be done

is the last day we plan to be home

schooling and so we can't miss a ton of

that we will be able to take our spring

vacation and then also I have been

and rest is really really helpful and

rest of the week and so here's a thing

that I had to say no to it sadly was a

birthday party we tried to attend all

the birthday parties all the playdates

that we get invited to we really try to

do so this one was immediately after

church so we got out of church at like

hour to get there so not only would we

have been probably an hour late after

going home and changing out of our

church clothes and into our play clothes

and then driving there but then also it

was on a Sunday which is my rest day I

got time family time I needed to get

back home to prepar and there was a lot

of reasons and then it was a really cold

snow day there were a lot of reasons in

my mind that I knew that it wouldn't

work for us but I really wanted to go

because sometimes we do that it's okay

to do things for other people even if

it's not super convenient for us but I

just I just knew that it would be really

hard for me and that a lot of things

was understanding and we got the baby a
