to sunday is the only day that we may

have dinner without the kids typically

because they wake up earlier on Sundays

and so they are ready to go to sleep

are very intentional about making sure

that we're spending majority of our day

with them on Sundays with no work we

feel like we spent a good amount of time

have a glass of wine we have dinner and
