labor can be scary especially for a
0:02
first time expecting mom but what if i
0:04
told you it doesn't have to be today i
0:06
am sharing 10 extremely beneficial

natural birthing tips that have helped
0:12
me and other moms throughout their

birthing experience

0:25
hello and welcome to the vlog my name is
0:27
kevin and today i've got 10 essential
0:29
natural breaking tips to help you have a
0:31
successful natural birth when i was
0:33
pregnant with my son i was blessed to
0:36
have learned so much information that
0:38
made me confident and knowledgeable on
0:41
what to expect going into labor with
0:43
that information i was able to have a
0:45
successful natural birth with no
0:48
medicines or medical interventions and
0:50
most importantly i absolutely loved my
0:54
birthing experience and i know that is
0:56
something that is normally unheard of
0:58
but yes it's true it is possible to
1:00
actually
1:01
love and really appreciate your birthing
1:04
experience with the right preparation
1:07
and expectations and i know you can't
1:09
always know
1:11
what's going to happen during labor but
1:13
what you can do is know typically how
1:17
labor progresses what you can or should
1:19
expect and be prepared for certain
1:21
things if things does come up i have
1:24
heard so many moms when they were
1:27
pregnant tell me that they just want to
1:29
have a natural birth and they're hoping
1:31
they can have an extra birth and they're
1:32
going to try to have a natural birth but
1:34
they have been so discouraged based on
1:37
things that they've been hearing from
1:38
other women so before i go into these 10
1:42
tips i want to say that it is extremely
1:45
important to not necessarily ignore what
1:48
other moms are saying but try not to
1:51
compare what your birthing experience
1:53
would be to what someone else's birthing
1:56
experience was because even when i was
1:58
pregnant i experienced the exact same
2:01
thing i told people that i'm going to
2:03
have a natural birth and some of the
2:04
feedback that i received was mostly
2:07
negative people telling me that it's
2:09
easier said than done or they've tried
2:12
it and it just wasn't possible or i'm
2:14
saying that now but once i get into
2:16
labor i'm going to change my mind and
2:18
that was very discouraging especially
2:20
since i was a first-time mom so i just
2:22
want to say make sure that you kind of
2:25
just zero out those negative
2:27
distractions and make sure you focus on
2:29
your goal focus on what it is that you
2:32
want to do
2:33
and don't compare it to what other moms
2:36
have experienced because everyone's
2:38
experience is going to be different i
2:40
don't care what anybody says
2:42
everyone's birthing experience is going
2:45
to be different and you may even have a
2:47
different birthing experience for every
2:50
child that you have so even if you tried
2:52
to have a natural birth or you wanted to
2:54
have a natural birth with your last
2:55
child and you're worried that this time
2:58
it's not going to be possible remember
3:00
that every birthing experience is going
3:02
to be different and it's all about
3:05
keeping your eye on the go and making
3:08
sure that you provide yourself with
3:11
enough encouragement and confidence
3:14
going into your natural birthing
3:16
experience so here are my 10 tips for
3:19
how to have a successful natural
3:21
birthing experience that will be safe
3:24
for you and baby and that you will love
3:27
my first tip is to create a natural
3:30
birth plan having a natural birth plan
3:33
not only gave me confidence but it also
3:35
gave me something to look forward to it
3:37
kind of made me feel like i had control
3:40
over a very unpredictable labor because
3:43
labor is unpredictable one of my biggest
3:46
fears when i was pregnant about going
3:48
into labor was having my water break and
3:51
not knowing what to do and not having a
3:53
plan once contractions started and keep
3:56
in mind sometimes contractions will
3:58
start before your water break and
4:00
sometimes they will start after your
4:02
water break you just never really know
4:05
how it's going to go so that was my
4:07
biggest fear so i think that when you
4:10
create your birth plan make sure you
4:12
figure out what your biggest fear and
4:14
your biggest worry is and find a way to
4:17
put that into your birthing plan create
4:19
a plan for different scenarios that
4:21
could occur for what your biggest fear
4:23
is the point of a birthing plan is so
4:25
that you can have a plan and know how
4:27
you want things to go so that your
4:29
support person that's going to be in
4:31
labor can know how you want things to go
4:33
and what to expect and so that you can
4:35
also share that with your doctors your
4:37
ob your midwives or whoever is going to
4:40
be with you throughout your birthing
4:41
experience your birthing plan can be as
4:44
simple or as extravagant as you want it
4:46
to be just make sure you actually have a
4:50
plan because believe it or not many
4:52
mamas don't actually make a plan they
4:54
just know that their water is going to
4:56
break and then once their water breaks
4:57
they go to the hospital but there's so
4:59
much more that goes into the labor
5:01
experience and having a plan and knowing
5:03
what to do what slavery gains helps to
5:06
lower stress it helps you and other
5:09
people around you to stay calm and these
5:11
are both
5:12
very important for helping labor
5:14
progress as we all know that stressing
5:17
yourself out and having people around
5:19
you who are stressed can also put a lot
5:21
of stress on your body and it can also
5:23
put a lot of stress on the baby which
5:25
can slow down labor so that it will not
5:28
progress the way or as quickly as we
5:30
want it to be so doing whatever you can
5:33
to try and prepare as much as you can by
5:35
creating a birthing plan can just help
5:37
take away some of that anxiety some of
5:38
that fear and some of that stress for
5:41
both you
5:42
and the people surrounding you if you
5:44
don't know how to create a birthing plan
5:46
i will leave a link down below in the
5:48
description box on where you can go to
5:49
create your own birthing plan i followed
5:52
what to expect
5:53
tips on writing a birthing plan my
5:56
second natural birth tip is to take care
5:58
of yourself and your diet throughout
6:00
your pregnancy when your doctor hands
6:02
you a booklet full of things to and not
6:05
two eat and drink all of the medicines
6:07
to throw away out of your medicine
6:08
cabinet and a bunch of precautions to
6:11
take throughout your pregnancy i know it
6:13
can all be very overwhelming but i
6:16
recommend following as many of those
6:19
precautions as you can even the ones
6:22
that are commonly said to be okay
6:25
or fine to do based on others
6:28
experiences and again i say this because
6:32
every mama every pregnancy and every
6:35
birth is going to be different so if
6:38
you're giving a precaution that you
6:39
should take i recommend you take that
6:41
precaution if that is what your doctor
6:43
is telling you over what another mom is
6:46
telling you she did and it was just fine
6:49
and she didn't have any complications
6:51
because remember that your body is not
6:53
the same as her body so take as many of
6:55
those precautions as you can i know it's
6:58
hard especially to cut out some of those
7:00
things that we love so much for me it
7:03
was crab legs because for some reason
7:05
when i was pregnant i just wanted all of
7:07
the seafood i wanted a ton of seafood
7:10
but i couldn't have certain types of
7:13
seafood that had mercury in it and one
7:15
of those was crab legs and it bothered
7:17
me so much but
7:20
remember that it is all going to be for
7:22
your precious little baby it's only
7:24
temporary and when you have your healthy
7:26
baby you're going to be happy that you
7:28
took those precautions that you were
7:29
told to take my third tip is to stay
7:32
both active and hydrated throughout your
7:34
entire pregnancy and throughout your
7:37
birth and yes i know you have heard this
7:40
before and it's tiring it's exhausting
7:42
it's annoying it's difficult and i'm not
7:45
recommending that you sign up for some
7:47
pregnancy fitness class or pregnancy
7:49
yoga or even do a 30 minute workout on
7:51
youtube every day i am simply suggesting
7:54
that you stay
7:56
active like try not to sit in one spot
7:59
every day and i know like in the
8:01
beginning when you're first starting to
8:03
feel those pregnancy
8:05
symptoms like the nausea
8:07
and the headaches and the exhaustion i
8:10
know how hard it is to want to do
8:12
anything except sit in one spout all day
8:14
i am guilty for at least three weeks in
8:17
my first trimester i don't think i left
8:19
the house like i'm pretty sure i stayed
8:21
in one spot most of the day and that's
8:24
okay if you have to do so just like for
8:26
a short period of time because you're
8:28
not feeling good that's completely okay
8:30
but just don't do that throughout your
8:31
entire pregnancy you have a 40-week
8:33
pregnancy so if you need to take a break
8:35
and here and there you find yourself
8:37
resting do so listen to your body
8:40
because you do have to rest but if you
8:42
can and if it is possible for you to be
8:45
able to get up and move around and be
8:47
active i do think you should do so maybe
8:50
just walk around the house up and down
8:52
the stairs a few times walk through the
8:54
store and do some baby shopping or take
8:57
a walk to your favorite park or local
8:59
spot for me it was the ice cream parlor
9:02
up the street talk about motivation like
9:04
that was all the motivation i needed it
9:06
was my favorite ice cream shop and it
9:08
was right up the street it took me about
9:10
five maybe ten minutes walking to get
9:13
there only once i got bigger but it
9:16
worked five minutes to go and get my
9:18
favorite ice cream and that was a good
9:20
way for me to stay active especially
9:22
during my third trimester of pregnancy
9:24
that worked so find what motivates you
9:27
and find a way to stay active and just
9:29
walk throughout the house walk up and
9:30
down the stairs you know just be active
9:33
in some type of way because it's going
9:35
to help you it's going to help labor
9:37
progress once you're in labor and it's
9:39
going to help you to stay healthy
9:40
throughout your pregnancy after 35 weeks
9:43
pregnant 10 squats once or twice per day
9:47
is helpful for getting to lower and hip
9:50
circles are great too sometimes if i
9:52
didn't want to stand for too long but i
9:54
knew i wanted to you know get active and
9:56
do some squats or some hip circles i
9:58
would just do so on my pregnancy ball
10:00
and guys i got my pregnancy ball for
10:02
five and below it was just five dollars
10:04
and i use it throughout my entire
10:06
pregnancy and it worked wonders i was
10:09
able to bounce up and down on the ball
10:10
to help lower baby i wasn't going crazy
10:13
it was just like a comfortable little
10:14
bounce and do like a little rock and
10:17
like swinging your hips and like hip
10:18
circles these are all things that you
10:20
can do on your pregnancy ball that helps
10:22
you to stay active to help lower baby
10:26
and so that you're not just sitting in
10:27
one spot all day you can even sit on
10:29
your birthing ball while you watch
10:30
television and it actually in my opinion
10:34
it kind of helps you to feel better
10:36
because it can become uncomfortable just
10:38
sitting in one spot all day long but
10:39
again make sure you don't do any heavy
10:42
you know fitness routines or any like
10:45
squats until at least 35 weeks of
10:48
pregnancy then it's okay to do a few
10:51
squats here and there and those hip
10:53
circles are going to be helpful as well
10:55
my fourth natural birthing tip try not
10:57
to lay back and recline too much during
11:00
the ending of your pregnancy or
11:02
throughout the birthing experience and
11:04
you guys i know this is so hard
11:08
especially when you're in labor but
11:10
trust me on this one guys it is going to
11:12
help a labor to progress so much more
11:16
quickly of course there are still some
11:18
complications that may have again
11:20
because everyone is different and my
11:22
experience won't be your experience but
11:25
this one is definitely known to help
11:28
so much and the crazy part about it is
11:30
how ironic it is because a lot of the
11:33
birthing experience or labor experiences
11:35
that we hear about or that we have seen
11:37
on television or from family members or
11:40
other friends
11:41
is kind of just sitting in that hospital
11:43
bed leaning back relaxing with like
11:45
pillows all up under your head and all
11:46
up under your back with people massaging
11:49
you and the massages yes they work but
11:51
that whole just leaning back and
11:53
relaxing experience it kind of doesn't
11:55
really help to move labor along
11:58
like you really are kind of just
11:59
relaxing and maybe he's probably up
12:01
there just chilling and relaxing too and
12:04
it's like babies waiting and we're
12:06
waiting and everyone's waiting for baby
12:08
to show up but we're not doing anything
12:10
to help labor progress you know and
12:13
towards the end of the pregnancy mamas
12:15
are always like you know i don't think
12:17
this baby is coming out you know maybe
12:19
it's comfortable and that's that's true
12:21
baby is comfortable so i'm not saying
12:24
make baby uncomfortable or even make
12:26
mama uncomfortable but what i'm saying
12:28
is that if you can find ways to help
12:30
baby move down like if you just envision
12:32
and picture your baby moving down into
12:34
the birth canal and if you just picture
12:37
and envision or take a look at like a
12:39
picture of what the
12:42
birth canal looks like there are ways
12:45
that you can actually help your baby you
12:47
know get head down into that perfect
12:49
position sitting him straight or leaning
12:52
forward and practicing the child's pose
12:54
helps baby to get down into that perfect
12:57
head down birthing position and it also
12:59
relieves pressure on your back and
13:01
lowers your chance of developing
13:03
sciatica or back labor my fifth tip is
13:06
to eat drink and rest plenty before you
13:09
go into labor when you're getting close
13:11
to the big day you definitely do not
13:14
want to be
13:15
hungry sleepy angry angry cranky you
13:19
don't want to be any of those things
13:21
when it's time for the big day because
13:22
you need all of your energy to help you
13:24
deliver that beautiful baby try to get
13:26
in as many hours of sleep as possible
13:29
being tired can cause you to want to
13:32
throw in the towel too soon during labor
13:35
you're going to need all of your
13:36
strength you ever heard mama tell you
13:39
like i was doing so good and i didn't
13:41
have any payments and i didn't get the
13:44
epidural and then like after waiting so
13:48
long i just got tired and i couldn't
13:50
take it anymore and i was just like
13:51
bring me all the drugs well
13:54
yeah that happens like i remember about
13:58
i don't know two to three hours into
14:01
labor i was so tired you guys and i just
14:03
kept saying like i'm tired i'm so tired
14:07
because
14:08
i was so tired i worked a lot throughout
14:12
my pregnancy i didn't stop working until
14:15
i want to say maybe days before i went
14:18
into labor i worked in a dance studio up
14:21
until my second trimester of pregnancy
14:24
and throughout my second trimester and
14:26
into my third trimester of pregnancy i
14:29
worked in an office and then towards the
14:31
end of my pregnancy i was working inside
14:34
a hair salon so
14:35
i was kind of tired
14:37
but i had a really great support team
14:40
that did not let me give up they knew
14:41
what the goal was for me they knew what
14:43
my birthing plan was i gave them my
14:45
birthing plan we discussed my writing
14:47
plan they knew what i wanted just as bad
14:50
as i knew what i wanted so they didn't
14:53
let me give up i didn't let myself give
14:55
up i just kept picturing baby moving
14:57
down into the birthing canal and i just
14:59
kept picturing and thinking up and
15:01
remembering what the goal was and i
15:03
caught pushing forward but if you can
15:05
try to get a lot of sleep and make sure
15:08
that you're eating well resting well and
15:10
sleeping well before the big day if
15:12
you're at 38 weeks then it's time if
15:14
you're at 37 weeks then it's time so
15:18
right when you get into that last month
15:20
you know try to get some sleep because
15:22
you never know when it's gonna happen be
15:24
sure to aim for energy boosting foods
15:26
and plenty of water instead of fast food
15:30
and greasy food those will only make you
15:32
even more tired and when you're packing
15:34
that labor back obviously they're going
15:35
to have water you know at the hospital
15:38
and i don't know every hospital is
15:40
different i was able to eat and drink at
15:43
the birthing center while i was in labor
15:45
but i didn't want to i didn't want to
15:47
eat anything i didn't want to drink
15:48
anything but everyone is different so if
15:51
you like to like snack on peanuts and
15:53
you want to take some gatorade with you
15:55
to give you a little extra hydration and
15:58
a little bit more energy while you're in
16:00
labor then definitely do so discuss it
16:03
with your midwives and see if that's
16:05
something that's doable and try it out
16:07
you may actually want to eat something
16:09
or drink something while you're in labor
16:11
and if you can do so make sure that it
16:13
is going to help you keep up your energy
16:16
levels and your nutrition levels natural
16:18
birthing tip number six is to hire a
16:20
doula or birthing coach i did not have a
16:22
doula although i did want one i met with
16:26
three different doulas and they were
16:28
awesome they were amazing and even
16:30
though they weren't with me throughout
16:31
the labor experience they gave me a ton
16:34
of helpful information and tips going
16:37
into labor doulas are there to support
16:40
mama before
16:42
during and after labor they are very
16:45
experienced and knowledgeable about
16:47
hospital and birthing center procedures
16:50
and they will even come to your home if
16:52
you're planning a home birth their job
16:55
is to work one-on-one with you and your
16:57
family to help you create a birthing
17:00
plan that is tailored to your and your
17:02
baby's needs to find a doula or birthing
17:05
coach you can contact the hospital or
17:07
birthing center where you're going to be
17:08
having your baby at and they should have
17:10
a list of doulas or birthing coaches
17:13
available or some that they may
17:14
recommend otherwise you can check online
17:17
and just search for it and i'll also be
17:18
sure to leave a link in the description
17:20
box below what i had was something
17:22
called a maternal infant health
17:24
supporter so they were actually free to
17:28
me because of my medical insurance and
17:31
they actually reached out to me after my
17:33
birthing center referred me over to them
17:36
and oh my gosh this woman was like
17:40
absolutely
17:41
amazing my maternal infant health
17:44
supporter her name was mary and she was
17:47
an absolute gem to me she was a doula
17:50
and midwife and a breastfeeding
17:52
lactation consultant and she just
17:54
provided me with a lot of support and
17:57
encouragement she came to visit me every
17:59
two weeks before i went into labor and
18:02
after i had my baby she came to visit me
18:05
every two weeks within the first two
18:07
months and then every month up until my
18:09
baby was one years old so make sure you
18:12
check with your health insurance company
18:14
or your birthing center to see if maybe
18:17
a maternal infant health supporter can
18:19
be covered under your health plan as
18:21
well because she was absolutely amazing
18:24
so if you can i recommend hiring a doula
18:27
a birthing coach or checking to see if
18:30
you can get a maternal infant health
18:31
supporter tip number seven is to attend
18:34
a natural birthing class at your
18:35
birthing center or hospital where you
18:37
will be delivering your baby birthing
18:39
class is actually mandatory at the
18:41
birthing center that i gave birth to but
18:43
my husband and i received so
18:46
much information that i felt confident
18:49
enough to not even need a doula going
18:51
into the labor experience birthing
18:53
classes will teach you and your partner
18:55
what to expect during labor how to
18:57
prepare for labor positions and exercise
19:00
tips and demonstration different pain
19:02
relief as well as possible interventions
19:05
we were also given the chance to learn
19:07
about hypnobirthing hypnobirthing helped
19:10
us to really visualize what we wanted
19:13
our birthing experience to be like but i
19:15
definitely recommend that you at least
19:17
take one birthing class we took about
19:20
five i believed about a month before we
19:23
went into labor and they were extremely
19:25
helpful it helped my husband to kind of
19:28
get involved in the birthing experience
19:30
before labor even began so if you're
19:34
worried that your partner is going to
19:36
get there and not know what to do if
19:38
you're worried that he's going to be
19:39
nervous or squeamish or not know what to
19:42
do and not be very helpful then
19:44
attending a few birthing classes before
19:46
labor will help him to kind of just get
19:48
into the mood because as a mama
19:51
obviously we've been in the moon we have
19:53
spent the past eight months pregnant but
19:55
for men and for the father it could be a
19:58
little different for them so going to
20:00
that birthing class helps them learn how
20:02
to
20:02
give you those massages that you're
20:04
going to need those pressure points that
20:06
are going to help you
20:08
really give you the support that you
20:09
need the encouragement that you need and
20:11
help them to also know what to expect
20:14
going into labor but going to those
20:16
birthing classes really helped eliminate
20:18
a lot of that fear and kind of just gave
20:20
me an idea of what to expect and what to
20:23
do tip number eight is to utilize
20:25
support and resources there is so much
20:27
information and so many resources
20:29
available to expectant moms now that i
20:32
think you should try to take advantage
20:34
of most of them all of them as many as
20:36
you can so a good place to start is to
20:39
call your insurance provider and your
20:41
birthing center or hospital and see what
20:43
resources they have to offer and then
20:46
you can also look some up online or
20:48
speak with other mamas that you may know
20:50
to see what are some of the things that
20:52
they did when they were pregnant some of
20:54
the helpful resources and support
20:56
systems that they utilized aside from
20:59
receiving our maternal infant health
21:00
supporter completely free on our health
21:03
insurance we also attended a free baby
21:06
safety class a free car seat safety
21:09
class and we even received a free
21:11
pack-and-play a free car seat for our
21:13
baby some water testers to make sure
21:15
that like the water temperatures in the
21:17
home aren't too hot air quality testers
21:20
there are so many things that you don't
21:21
even think of or so many things that you
21:24
do think of and worry about when you're
21:25
pregnant so just attending some of those
21:28
classes that may be completely free to
21:29
you if you just contact your hospital or
21:32
birthing center will help you to again
21:34
eliminate some of that anxiety some of
21:35
that fear and just kind of gives you a
21:38
really big boost in confidence you know
21:40
makes you feel like you know what you're
21:41
doing so that you have that confidence
21:44
with you when you go into labor and even
21:47
after once you take your baby home aside
21:49
from third-party resources it's also
21:51
really important to have a surrounding
21:54
support system in terms of people like
21:57
friends or family having someone to talk
21:59
to helps calm some of the nervousness
22:02
anticipation confusion and fear that
22:05
comes with being a first-time mom so
22:06
reach out to your friends not
22:08
necessarily always for advice especially
22:10
if they're going to be discouraging you
22:12
from from having the natural birth that
22:13
you want to have but more so just being
22:16
an ear someone to listen to you vent
22:19
about some of the things that you're
22:20
worried about you know and if they do
22:22
have some good advice to offer them that
22:24
is great as well but it's important that
22:27
you get it out get all of that anxiety
22:30
nervousness all that fear just get it
22:31
out put it out on the table so that you
22:34
don't take that into the birthing
22:35
experience with you even though more
22:37
people are leaning towards natural birth
22:40
now it can still be scary so it's really
22:42
important that you go into it with all
22:45
the confidence and all of the readiness
22:48
and all the preparation tip number nine
22:50
is to stay positive having negative
22:53
thoughts about birthing and labor can
22:55
really your experience again
22:58
people can tell you so many negative
23:00
things without even trying they will
23:02
tell you that you're crazy for choosing
23:04
to have a natural bird they will tell
23:06
you that your crazy for not wanting to
23:07
use any medication they will tell you
23:10
stories of how they too wanted to have a
23:12
natural birth but couldn't do so because
23:13
the pain was so unbearable and you will
23:16
feel discouraged from all of those
23:18
people around you who do not believe in
23:21
you and this will make you go into labor
23:23
with the wrong mindset so it is
23:26
important that you
23:27
believe in you and surround yourself
23:30
with people who also believe in you
23:33
try to stay positive as much as possible
23:36
think happy thoughts think positivity
23:38
think of your baby let go of all the
23:40
negativity because it is very much
23:43
possible you can do it you can have a
23:45
natural birth it is
23:47
possible with the right confidence
23:50
knowledge and support you can succeed at
23:52
having a natural birth tip number 10 is
23:54
to drink raspberry leaf tea now before
23:57
you take my advice and follow this tip
24:00
be sure to speak with your midwife or
24:04
your ob
24:05
before you do this but i recommend this
24:07
tea if it is your first pregnancy you're
24:10
not at risk for preterm labor you are
24:12
past 37 weeks pregnant and you received
24:15
approval from your doctor raspberry tea
24:18
is beneficial in strengthening the
24:19
uterine wall which makes contractions
24:22
more progressive and shortens labor
24:25
duration i had two to three cups of
24:27
raspberry leaf tea the day before i went
24:29
into labor and i believe it helped a lot
24:31
so ask your obstetrician or midwife
24:34
about raspberry lately so there you have
24:36
it my 10 tips on how to prepare for a
24:39
natural birth and now i have one more
24:42
extra tip that i want to share with you
24:44
guys for when you're actually in labor
24:46
and during the birthing experience of
24:48
all of the natural birthing tips that
24:51
i've shared
24:52
this one is my absolute favorite and it
24:56
is for once contractions start my bonus
24:58
tip is try to sit upright through the
25:02
contractions and throughout the entire
25:04
labor
25:05
if you can and i know i mentioned this
25:07
earlier but you will want to do this
25:10
when you are in a traditional hospital
25:12
labor room they'll normally have your
25:14
bed reclined back for more comfort but
25:18
it does not help progress anything
25:20
leaning back and reclining will help to
25:23
slow down your contractions which are
25:26
really great if you just want to take a
25:27
break from the intensity but again it
25:29
doesn't help to progress anything so try
25:31
not to
25:32
lean back very often and try not to take
25:36
too many of those reclining breaks if
25:38
you want your contractions to be more
25:40
helpful more beneficial and more
25:42
progressive so if you want to get it
25:44
over with keep the contractions coming
25:46
by sitting upright leaning slightly
25:49
forward and try not to slouch or sit in
25:52
a recliner instead try walking around
25:55
sitting on a birthing ball and don't
25:57
forget to breathe through your
25:59
contractions utilize pain relief
26:02
techniques such as warm water warm
26:05
showers and various massage techniques
26:08
to lower your stress levels and keep
26:10
your blood pressure even but most
26:12
importantly
26:13
believe in yourself and your body and
26:17
that is all i have for you guys today
26:20
those are my 10 tips plus my one bonus
26:22
tip on how to have a successful natural
26:25
birthing experience if you found these
26:27
tips helpful please give it a thumbs up
